旋轉真空減壓濃縮機原理和功能(Rotary Evaporators)
真空濃縮是利用減壓(真空)使得溶劑的沸點降低,將溶液加熱到該沸點時,溶劑氣化後經由冷凝器收集,可將原來溶液中的溶劑量降低達到濃縮的目的。
例:水在標準狀況( 一大氣壓,攝氏25℃ )下,為液體,沸點為攝氏100℃ ,若大氣壓力降低時,沸點也會呈現以倍數的比例降低,而真空減壓濃縮的原理就是利用物質的這個特性,使一些溶劑在較低的溫度 (低於溶劑沸點)甚至是常溫時,即沸騰蒸發成氣體,且在另一端冷凝成液態溶劑,而溶質由於沸點遠大於溶劑,因而留在熱端,當溶劑量減少但溶質量不變時,則濃度就提高(濃縮)了,旨在移除溶液中多餘的溶劑,或是溶質在高溫時容易分解,則採用此法,相當於減壓蒸餾的原理。
真空減壓濃縮和減壓濃縮一樣,就字面上解釋,真空減壓與減壓是一樣的 ( 真空度即是指小於1大氣壓=760m mHg的壓力 )
